Genaro is the founder of Expert Foundation Repair DFW and has been in the business for 40 years. He learned from his father, who was also a contractor, and then went on to start his own contracting business. He has a background in general construction and remodeling, which has helped him be successful in fixing foundation issues. He is known for being able to fix complex problems that other engineers can't figure out. His biggest strength is also his biggest weakness: he won't quit until the job is done right.

How long will my foundation repair or drainage correction take to complete?
Most of our repairs can be completed within one to two days. The actual time will be based on the repairs, the weather and the amount of work to be done. We'll provide you an estimate of the time on our visit.
How much does an average foundation repair cost?
Repairs can run between $6000 to $7000 or more depending on the repair.
How long after the foundation repair should I wait to fix drywall cracks, and or brick mortar?
After we repair the foundation we'll give you an idea based on the repair. We do offer brick-and-mortar repair so be sure to ask us about this during our visit.
